We also undertake commercial and industrial projects in Ogun State and other Southwest locations. Our 24/7 emergency response covers all Lagos areas with guaranteed 2-hour response time for contract clients. For projects outside our standard service areas, please contact us to discuss availability and any additional travel costs.
How quickly can you respond to service requests?
Emergency calls (water failures, major leaks, electrical hazards): 2-hour guaranteed response for contract clients, 4-6 hours for non-contract clients.
Urgent repairs (non-emergency but time-sensitive): Same-day or next-business-day scheduling. Routine service requests: Typically scheduled within 3-5 business days. Project consultations and quotes: Initial response within 24 hours, site visit within 3-5 days. Do you provide free consultations and quotes?
Yes! We offer free consultations for all services including: Water quality testing and system recommendations, Borehole feasibility assessments and site surveys, Swimming pool design consultations, Fountain design concepts and space planning, and Estate maintenance needs assessment.
After consultation, we provide detailed written quotations with no obligation to proceed. Our quotes include: complete scope of work, itemized costs (labor and materials), project timeline, payment terms, and warranty information. There's never any pressure—we want you to make informed decisions.
What warranties do you provide?
Installation work: 12-month labor warranty on all installations. Equipment supplied by us: Manufacturer warranties (typically 1-3 years) plus our installation warranty. Repairs: 90-day warranty on parts and labor. Pool construction: 24-month structural warranty, 12-month equipment warranty. Borehole drilling: 12-month warranty on drilling work and pump installation. Maintenance contracts: Ongoing warranty coverage for the contract duration.
Warranties cover: defects in workmanship, premature equipment failure (not due to misuse), and correction of installation errors. Exclusions include: damage from misuse, normal wear and tear, acts of nature, and modifications by others. All warranty terms are detailed in your service agreement.
